As a Student Counselor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Engagement: Connecting with clients over the phone and via email to provide outstanding customer service.
• Technical Support: Assisting clients with website access and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless experience.
• Proactive Outreach: Reaching out to clients to check on their progress and ensure their satisfaction.
• Product Expertise: Explaining our products and services to help clients maximize their benefits.
• Feedback Collection: Gathering valuable client feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Issue Resolution: Resolving client issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Versatile Duties: Supporting additional tasks as needed to help achieve team and company goals.

Education:

• High school diploma required; college education is a plus.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

• Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Location: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Price, UT 84501 before starting work (required).
• On-Site Role: This position is in-person and does not currently offer remote or work-from-home options.
