$15.33 per hour

What does a Seasonal Receptionist do?
The Receptionist will direct incoming calls to the appropriate company employees and greet all visitors entering the building by performing the duties listed below.
(This is not a remote position)
How do they do it?
- Answer incoming phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate company employees.
- Page employees when requested, and make announcements if necessary.
- Greet incoming visitors, and have them sign in.
- Contribute to the success of the team by assisting in other duties defined by management.
Seasonal 1st position:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5pm
Friday: 8:30am-2:30pm
Qualities our team members possess:
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude required.
- Ability to prioritize various tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
