Position Description:

Manufacture high quality product in a safe and sanitary manner, while following GoMacro's food safety guidelines and GMPs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Essential functions:

• Complete daily production tasks
• Weigh out ingredients
• Verify and record ingredient lot numbers
• Verify and record ingredient lot changes
• Complete accurate batching documentation
• Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel for ingredients
• Follow GMPs and Food Safety Plan to ensure safe, quality product
• Maintain a clean production environment
• Display cooperativeness
• Ensure maximum production efficiency
• Effectively communicate issues with mixer lead
• Effectively understand allergen sequencing
• Effectively operate equipment
• Complete equipment setup/breakdown as needed

Able to meet physical requirements, such as:

• Lift up to 80 lbs.
• Bending / twisting
• Standing for duration of shift
