Senior Team Leaders work closely with the Store Manager and other members of management to lead shifts, develop team members, maintain Jersey Mike’s standards, and ensure our guests receive an exceptional experience every day.Training & Expected StartSelected Senior Team Leaders are expected to begin paid training in October 2026, prior to the Oxford store opening.Because this is a new store opening, Senior Team Leaders will be required to complete approximately 4 weeks of travel-based training at established Jersey Mike’s locations before opening.All required training is paid, and company-approved travel expenses are covered.
