Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Enterprise Sales Executive, AI Solutions based in Switzerland.
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, AI Solutions, you’ll be responsible for creating new enterprise relationships and turning the growing demand for AI into measurable business outcomes. You’ll build a portfolio from the ground up, engaging senior decision-makers and helping organizations move from AI experimentation to production. The role combines strategic selling, consultative problem-solving, and deep collaboration with AI, technology, delivery, and industry specialists. You’ll shape tailored solutions spanning AI strategy, agentic solutions, data, platforms, industry applications, partnerships, and managed services. Success requires a true hunter mentality, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments. This is a high-impact, client-facing role in a fast-moving AI market, with significant autonomy and ownership over growth.
- Build and own a targeted portfolio of enterprise AI accounts, with direct responsibility for new-logo acquisition, revenue growth, pipeline development, and client outcomes.
- Identify, prioritize, prospect, and develop new enterprise relationships rather than relying on an inherited book of business.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, presentations, negotiations, proposals, and closing of complex enterprise opportunities.
- Develop account strategies, opportunity plans, and multi-year growth roadmaps to create sustainable revenue.
- Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders in strategic conversations around AI transformation, technology environments, operating models, workforce changes, and competitive positioning.
- Shape tailored AI solutions around client priorities, combining capabilities such as AI strategy and transformation, agentic solutions, enterprise data and knowledge, AI platforms, industry solutions, partnerships, and managed services.
- Collaborate with AI services leadership, industry leaders, practice specialists, partnerships, pursuits, delivery teams, SDRs, and client partners to develop and execute opportunities.
- Partner with client-facing teams to expand relationships after initial acquisition and maximize long-term account value.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, account intelligence, forecasting, and opportunity data to support informed business decisions.
- Navigate complex procurement and legal processes, including negotiation of enterprise service agreements.
- Develop client relationships from initial AI initiatives into broader engagements spanning multiple business units, workflows, platforms, and executive stakeholders.
- Establish credibility through consultative engagement and help clients translate AI strategies and investments into production-ready solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to sales best practices, team rituals, win/loss reviews, and knowledge sharing while mentoring future team members as the business grows.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, AI software, professional services, consulting, or related sales environments.
- Proven experience selling enterprise AI solutions, ideally including AI software or platforms, forward-deployed solutions, AI consulting, professional services, or managed AI services.
- Strong background in complex solution selling and consultative engagement with enterprise organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to build a book of business from the ground up through self-sourcing, prospecting, relationship development, and new-logo acquisition.
- Proven experience managing a $5M+ annualized gross portfolio and closing complex, multi-phase deals in the $250K–$1M+ range with large enterprise clients.
- Confidence engaging C-level executives on the strategic and operational implications of AI.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI concepts, including generative AI, agentic AI, AI applications and platforms, enterprise data and knowledge, workflow automation, governance, evaluation, controls, adoption, and managed AI operations.
- Ability to discuss how organizations move AI from strategy and experimentation into real workflows and production environments, including data, integration, validation, governance, adoption, and ongoing operations.
- Experience working with leading AI, cloud, data, or enterprise technology platforms and navigating diverse client technology ecosystems.
- Exposure to hybrid talent models, forward-deployed delivery, consulting, or other technology-enabled service models is a plus.
- Strong account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and portfolio growth capabilities.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary sales pursuits across virtual and on-site client engagements.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements with enterprise procurement and legal teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams while maintaining strong individual ownership and accountability.
- Strong commercial judgment, creativity, urgency, and a genuine passion for solving complex client problems.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to client sites, conferences, and team events, including regular or periodic travel of up to 25%.
- Must be able to work independently as a high-performing individual contributor and take ownership of territory and results.
- Professional communication and documentation skills in English are required.
- Fully remote working environment with significant flexibility.
- High degree of autonomy and ownership over your enterprise portfolio and growth strategy.
- Opportunity to work at the forefront of enterprise AI and help organizations move from experimentation to production.
- Exposure to senior executives and complex, strategic enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary AI, technology, industry, partnerships, sales, and delivery specialists.
- Opportunity to build a substantial book of business and establish long-term strategic client relationships.
- Fast-paced, international environment with a globally distributed workforce.
- Opportunity to work across diverse enterprise industries, technology ecosystems, and AI use cases.
- Career development through exposure to emerging AI technologies, enterprise sales strategies, and complex solution design.
- Regular opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, team activities, and professional development.
- Client-facing travel opportunities, with travel expected to be up to 25%.
