  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent attraction, and workforce development strategies, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Experience managing online communities, social media platforms, or digital engagement tools, with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain participant engagement.
  • Experience providing support to clients, learners, registrants, or stakeholders in a virtual environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish productive relationships with healthcare professionals, employers, and community partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to evolving program needs and priorities.
  • Strong interest in healthcare workforce development and the needs of Northern and rural communities.

  • 35-hour work week.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a healthcare workforce initiative supporting Northern and rural Ontario.
