Denstock Management LLC is seeking a Property Administrator to work directly with on-site Property Managers and provide reliable administrative support for day-to-day property operations. This detail-oriented role is for someone who enjoys keeping records accurate, following through on open items, and helping residents and team members receive timely information.
What You Will Do
- Monitor designated email queues and follow up with the appropriate manager when an item has gone unanswered for 24 hours.
- Assist with answering incoming calls as needed.
- Support delinquency administration by sending letters, documenting activity, posting authorized late fees, and preparing unlawful detainer paperwork for Property Manager review and filing.
- Review deposit, renewal, move-out reason, renter's insurance, utility, and asset reports; research discrepancies and keep records current.
- Follow up on pending renewal decisions and complete approved month-to-month status updates at month-end.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and review vendor records and pricing for current information.
- Review open work orders, obtain timeline updates from maintenance, and keep residents informed when service is delayed.
- Complete assigned pre-close and month-end responsibilities accurately and on schedule.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, OneDrive, and Excel, along with the ability to learn property management systems.

Schedule Full time, 40 hours per week
Classification Hourly and nonexempt; eligible for overtime in accordance with company policy and applicable law
Work location Corporate office; not eligible for remote work
Reporting relationship Reports to the Director of Operations

Work Environment
This position is based at the corporate office in a multifamily residential property environment and regularly uses a computer, telephone, and standard office equipment. The employee may sit or stand for extended periods, climb stairs, bend, reach, file, and occasionally lift or carry up to 20 pounds. Essential functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Occasional travel between company locations may be required.

Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of property management in a leadership role (Leasing Manager, Assistant Manager).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Administrative, customer service, accounting support, or related experience preferred.
OneSite or multifamily housing software experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and by telephone.

- Standard office setting. Requires sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time.
