This is a Full Time Position, 3rd Shift. Hours are Sunday thru Thursday 10 pm to 6 am.
Will be necessary to train on a different shift until you are ready to start up your own shift.
Under the direction of the Process Tech Lead, a Molding Assistant assists with the molding operation including secondary equipment such as a wheelabrator, degater, and tumbler. The Molding Assistant position is also open.
Additional responsibilities include:
· Operate and maintain molding presses proper temperatures, cycle time, and vacuum units
· Removal and installation of molds from presses and load parts into the appropriate deburring machine operation
· Address defective materials, parts and machine malfunctions
· Keep molds clean and to maintain good operational performance
· Oversee the work of the Molding Assistant and their skills progression
