Key Responsibilities
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service in the checkout area.
• Scan and accurately register products into the system.
• Process cash, debit/credit card payments, and other authorized payment methods.
• Perform cash register balancing at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain the work area clean and organized.
• Report incidents, cash discrepancies, or operational issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Follow established procedures and policies for cash handling and customer service.
Requirements
• High School Diploma completed.
• Previous experience in cash handling or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Responsible, honest, organized, and proactive individual.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Availability
• Full availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
Compensation
• $10.50 per hour
