For eligible roles, sign-on bonus opportunities include:

Location: Newcastle, WY | Department: Nursing Home | FLSA: Non-Exempt

- Provide direct, hands-on nursing care to residents, including medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or provider
- Accurately document care, treatments, and observations in the medical record
- Ensure safe, effective medication administration and follow all clinical protocols
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality daily care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
- Respond promptly to resident needs, call lights, and emergencies
- Follow all regulatory, infection control, and safety standards
- Support individualized care plans and resident-centered care
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment and quality of life for residents
What We’re Looking For
- Wyoming State Licensed Practical Nurse
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional knowledge of medical terminology and processes.
- Has and maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in Long-Term care nursing preferred
- Willing to work take after-hours calls and work holidays and weekends, as assigned.
