About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Radiology Technologist to support diagnostic imaging services within multiple correctional facilities. This role requires a detail-oriented imaging professional who can produce high-quality radiographic studies while maintaining accurate records and ensuring patient safety.
Available Openings
- 1 PRN Opening
- 1 WOC Opening
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Minimum 13-week assignment
Location
- Primary Site: 4th Avenue Jail
- Travel Required to:
- Watkins Jail
- Lower Buckeye Jail
- Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations as ordered by healthcare providers.
- Utilize digital radiography equipment to obtain quality images.
- Apply proper positioning techniques and radiation safety practices.
- Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation.
- Ensure equipment functionality and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with providers to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
Required
- Current, unrestricted Certified Radiology Technologist (CRT) certification issued by the Arizona Medical Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners.
- Current ARRT certification.
- Current PSV verification for both Arizona MRT and ARRT credentials.
- Current N95 Respirator Fit Test documentation.
- Experience with digital radiography systems.
- Strong understanding of radiologic procedures and patient care.
