Product Marketing Manager / Senior Manager - Clinical Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Manager / Senior Manager - Clinical Operations based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, clinical innovation, and go-to-market execution within the life sciences software space.
You will be responsible for shaping how clinical operations solutions are positioned, understood, and adopted across global markets.
The position blends strategic messaging, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive awareness and product adoption.
You will translate complex clinical workflows and SaaS capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for customers and sales teams.
Working closely with product, strategy, and field teams, you will help define how products are communicated across the customer lifecycle.
This is a high-impact role where your storytelling and strategic thinking directly influence product success and market growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead product marketing strategy and execution for 1–3 clinical operations products within a SaaS portfolio.
  • Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and content that clearly articulates product value to life sciences customers.
  • Create high-quality marketing and sales materials, including presentations, thought leadership content, blogs, and enablement tools.
  • Partner with product and strategy teams to understand market needs, product vision, and competitive landscape.
  • Support go-to-market execution, including product launches, campaign planning, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with field marketing and sales teams to ensure effective enablement and consistent messaging across channels.
  • Contribute to customer events and conferences, including agenda development and customer storytelling initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally within SaaS, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging.
  • Proven experience developing go-to-market content, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing narratives.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex products and translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
