This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data, and customer value storytelling, shaping how enterprise clients understand the measurable impact of a large-scale commerce platform. You will own the vision and execution of a client-facing impact dashboard that translates complex operational and performance data into clear, actionable insights. Working in a fast-paced, AI-first environment, you will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and client success teams to define meaningful KPIs and scalable analytics experiences. Your work will directly influence how global brands and retailers interpret growth, efficiency, and cost savings. This is a high-ownership role where ambiguity is expected and strategic thinking is essential. You will also leverage AI tools to accelerate insight generation, prototyping, and product decision-making.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of a client-facing data visualization product that highlights measurable business impact, including growth, optimization, and cost savings outcomes.
  • Define and deliver KPI-driven dashboards that translate complex datasets into intuitive, actionable insights for enterprise clients.
  • Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Client Success to align on data models, metrics, pipelines, and analytics infrastructure supporting dashboard functionality.
  • Translate large and complex datasets into clear visual narratives that drive client understanding, adoption, and decision-making.
  • Establish product success metrics tied to engagement, adoption, and business outcomes, and iterate continuously based on performance data.
  • Leverage AI tools to synthesize qualitative feedback, prototype concepts, and accelerate product documentation and analysis workflows.
  • Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, including PRDs, prioritization, QA, stakeholder alignment, and release management.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all surfaced insights and reporting layers.
  • Drive roadmap prioritization and make independent product decisions while balancing stakeholder needs and technical constraints.
  • Act as the voice of the client by managing feedback loops, triaging requests, and ensuring product direction aligns with real user needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, align objectives, and ensure successful product delivery in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within enterprise platforms, eCommerce, or marketplace environments.
  • Strong experience building client-facing dashboards, analytics tools, or data visualization products focused on KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to work with Data Science and Engineering teams on data modeling, pipelines, and analytics systems.
  • Strong understanding of product metrics, experimentation, and data-driven iteration based on user behavior and adoption trends.
  • Experience working on AI-powered products or leveraging AI tools across product workflows such as research synthesis, prototyping, and analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working in ambiguous, evolving data environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, BI platforms, or charting systems is highly valued.
  • Strong ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive prioritization and execution.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, performance-based bonus, and equity opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance starting from day one
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Flexible remote-first work model with work-from-home support stipend
  • Generous paid time off, including holidays, sick days, wellness days, and volunteer time off
  • Parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers
  • Wellness resources including mental health support and wellness applications
  • Learning and development budget and career growth opportunities
  • Internet/remote work stipend and home office support
  • Inclusive, collaborative culture with cross-functional exposure and innovation-driven teams
