Position Type: Full-time/Part-time

As our Leasing and Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for the general marketing and leasing activity of the property.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective and current residents, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information about availability, pricing, and community features.
  • Schedule and conduct property tours, highlighting the benefits of the community.
  • Assist residents with lease questions, maintenance requests, and general concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Handle resident complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to the community manager.
  • Show Market-Ready apartments and community to customers.

Full-Time Benefits:

Requirements:

Successful candidates will have:

  • 1+ years of related experience in the real estate, retail, or customer service industry
  • Commitment to regular attendance (may include 2 Saturdays/month)
  • Ability to represent the company in its relations with residents, employees, and local vendors
