This senior leadership role oversees end-to-end operations across a multi-site radiopharmacy network, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service reliability in a highly regulated healthcare environment. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence while balancing financial performance and patient-critical service delivery. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership across pharmacy operations, quality systems, and cross-functional execution. You will lead regional teams, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure consistent execution across all sites. Acting as a key escalation point, you will manage complex operational and customer challenges with speed and precision. This position plays a critical role in ensuring regulatory readiness, financial discipline, and scalable operational performance. The role is responsible for leading regional pharmacy operations with full accountability for safety, compliance, financial performance, and service delivery. You will set the operational cadence, ensure consistent execution across multiple sites, and drive continuous improvement across quality and efficiency metrics.
- Oversee multi-site pharmacy operations, ensuring performance across safety, quality, service levels, and cost efficiency
- Lead compliance and regulatory readiness, including audit preparation, quality monitoring, and corrective action execution
- Establish and manage operational rhythms (daily to quarterly), including KPI tracking, forecasting, and escalation processes
- Own key regional P&L drivers such as labor, overtime, logistics, waste, and operational utilization
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs to identify risks and implement performance optimization strategies
- Serve as senior escalation point for customer, operational, and service recovery issues
- Partner with commercial and customer teams to support retention, growth, and client satisfaction
- Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession building across regional teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, and People teams
- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable regional execution plans
This role requires a seasoned operations leader with deep experience in regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, or multi-site operational environments. You bring strong financial acumen, leadership capability, and a proven ability to manage complex, distributed teams while driving measurable business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations with direct financial and P&L accountability
- Strong background in regulated (GxP or equivalent) environments with audit and compliance responsibility
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing distributed teams
- Strong analytical and financial management skills with ability to drive cost optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior and operational levels
- Ability to operate in complex, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
