Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Work location: Remote - Texas Health Resources: 612 East Lamar Blvd Arlington, Texas 76011
Work hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at manager's discretion)

Here's What You Need
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, information technology, computer science, business administration or relevant field AND
• 4 years related experience required AND
• 2 years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (previously Exact Target) preferred AND
• Experience in Healthcare preferred.

What You Will Do
• Serve as technical expert on new project initiatives and participate in application design sessions.
• Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions.
• Collaborate with internal feature development teams to determine the best path for Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Health Cloud platform implementations.
• Formulate system scope and objectives, develop detailed design specifications, and translate system functions/features to programming specifications.
• Analyze user needs and requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Confer with Health Cloud administrators, project managers, systems analysts, engineers, and others to understand platform capabilities, project limitations, performance requirements, and interfaces.
• Create and manage Data Extensions and Triggered Send Interactions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design and manage Synchronized Data Objects.
• Work within an Agile team to meet changing needs and requirements, developing, executing, and managing Agile stories within defined scope.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, perform gap analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Understand business needs, platform capabilities, and requirements and resolve technical issues in a thorough and timely manner.
