This role sits at the core of a fast-paced Field Enablement organization, supporting the systems, content, and programs that prepare Sales, Success, and Partner teams to perform at their best. You will help build and maintain onboarding journeys, training content, certifications, and enablement workflows that directly impact productivity and execution quality across global teams. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, you will ensure enablement resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with evolving business needs. The environment is highly collaborative, detail-driven, and operationally focused, with strong emphasis on structure, consistency, and continuous improvement. Support the execution and continuous improvement of field enablement programs, including onboarding, certifications, training courses, and role-based learning paths by maintaining structure, consistency, and operational readiness.
- Assist in building, updating, and maintaining enablement content, learning journeys, and program frameworks across multiple teams and regions
- Manage day-to-day enablement operations such as content updates, assignments, tracking, reporting checks, and workflow coordination
- Maintain enablement platforms and content libraries to ensure materials are organized, current, accessible, and aligned with business priorities
- Support content lifecycle management including updates, tagging, archiving, reuse, and optimization of existing learning assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure enablement materials reflect current messaging, tools, and operational needs
- Track engagement, adoption, and program effectiveness metrics, surfacing insights to improve enablement impact
- Contribute to documentation, process discipline, and operational hygiene while supporting ongoing enablement initiatives
Bring strong organizational ability and a structured approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment, with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and follow-through.
- 3+ years of experience in enablement, operations, learning support, SaaS, B2B environments, or similar program coordination roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure information clearly for different audiences
- Familiarity with learning platforms, content systems, or enablement tools such as Seismic, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement data, identify trends, and support process improvements
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Interest in using AI and automation tools to streamline tasks, improve productivity, and enhance operational efficiency
- Detail-oriented approach with strong discipline around documentation, content accuracy, and system hygiene
