Employment Terms:
- Hours: Part-time (estimated 20-30 hours per week)
- Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- Target Start Date: July/August 2026 (Specific start date to be confirmed)
- Estimated Pay Rate: $20 per hour
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be willing to submit to and successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Essential Tasks* - In this job, you will:
Quality Control Tasks (100% Warehouse Environment)
- Restock cable, adapters and other non-serial products to corresponding storage locations
- Perform quality maintenance on showboxes by using a contents list and taking an accurate inventory of stock within the showboxes.
- Replenish assigned stock of parts, accessories, cables, adapters required to return the showbox to a rentable state
- Maintain the physical appearance and functional form of showboxes.
- Label and secure completed showboxes so that the outbound team knows which are ready to go to showsite.
- Perform cycle counts on non-serial products to ensure accurate stock quantities.
Asset Management Tasks (50% Warehouse Environment / 50% Desk)
- Perform asset status changes as requested through emails from the regional warehouses in the Inventory Management System.
- Update non-serial quantity counts as requested through emails from the regional warehouses in Inventory Management System.
- Physically barcode or de-barcode equipment as directed for special projects including, but not limited to asset rack equipment changes, package changes or retirements.
- Assist in compiling and logging data and building inventory reports as requested.
*Assignment of tasks across Quality Control and Asset Management may vary from day to day, depending on the business needs and project demands.
General Skills and Abilities - In this job you will demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail to be able to maintain quality control standards and perform asset management tasks with accuracy
- Ability to communicate and work with a team to meet project goals
- Comfortability working in a warehouse environment, which can be busy and noisy (such as forklift horns and case movement)
- Comfortability with Power Tools and equipment (such as Drill, wrench, hammer, mallet, box cutter, Steel Strap Cutter, Paper Cutter, Laminator, Heat Gun, Engraver, Stencil Roller, Stencil Remover, Adhesive Spray, Stencil Ink, and Paint Brush for removing stencils)
- Comfortability with wearing Personal Protective Equipment when in designated areas (such as safety goggles, masks, safety vests, and gloves)
- Ability to complete the following activities: standing, sitting, bending, stooping, crouching, walking, grasping, pushing, pulling
- Ability to lift up to roughly 25 lbs (with support)
Digital/Technical Skills - In this job you will demonstrate:
- Basic computer skills (such as the ability to navigate emailing platforms) to respond to online requests
- Basic Excel skills (such as pulling reports, filtering and sorting data) is nice to have but not required
Education/Knowledge - In this job you need to have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Awareness of warehouse safety precautions (such as tripping/falling hazards due to pallets on the floor or slippery surfaces and adhering to safety equipment protocols)
Experience - In this job you need to have:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment or a similar setting is nice to have but not required (such as supply chain operations, packaging, logistics, or construction)
