This role sits at the intersection of technology consulting, project execution, and client advisory within complex construction and real estate environments. You will be responsible for leading software implementation projects that improve how construction owners manage data, systems, and operations. The position requires navigating ambiguous, fast-changing environments while ensuring structured delivery of project milestones on time and within budget. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to define scope, manage expectations, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. A key part of the role involves identifying risks early and ensuring proactive communication to keep delivery on track. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by documenting progress, analyzing project performance, and refining delivery practices. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and driving measurable impact.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting end-to-end project delivery across software implementation and advisory engagements.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee software implementation projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong stakeholder relationships.
- Identify, assess, and escalate project risks while proactively proposing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Analyze project performance data to improve delivery efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment across all phases of project execution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by refining processes, tools, and project delivery standards.
This role requires strong project management expertise, adaptability, and the ability to operate confidently in complex and ambiguous client environments.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical project management, software implementation, or consulting roles.
- Strong ability to manage projects in complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively propose solutions rather than issues.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Notion.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and ability to work across different team styles.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Consulting, construction, real estate, or enterprise technology experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Procore, e-Builder, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft 365 is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
