This role is focused on driving new business growth and expanding market presence through a high-volume, desk-based sales approach. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new logo customers while also managing and growing assigned accounts within a defined territory. The position requires a strong blend of consultative selling, pipeline management, and proactive prospecting across multiple channels including phone, email, and digital outreach. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where consistent activity, strategic thinking, and relationship building are key to success. In addition to individual performance, the role may include mentoring junior team members as part of a broader leadership development path. - Drive new logo acquisition and territory growth through proactive desk-based prospecting, outreach, and consultative selling across assigned accounts and target markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closing, and post-sale account management.
- Develop and execute structured account plans to identify opportunities, maximize revenue, and expand customer relationships.
- Conduct high-quality sales conversations via calls, emails, social channels, and virtual meetings, delivering strong value propositions tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, CRM updates, and sales activity tracking to ensure visibility and alignment with targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and resources to resolve customer challenges, improve sales outcomes, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through disciplined execution and consistent pipeline management.
- Mentor and support junior account managers when applicable, contributing to team performance and knowledge sharing.
- 5–7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in telecom, technology, or related solution-based industries.
- Proven success in desk-based or hybrid sales environments with a strong record of acquiring new customers and growing territories.
- Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver persuasive, value-driven messaging.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong prospecting skills, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques.
- High level of organization, urgency, and resilience in a quota-driven environment.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor peers and contribute to team success.
