Job Description
Due to continued growth in our clinical and infusion therapies, DeliverIt Group is seeking a highly skilled, full-time Infusion and Specialty Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Sugar Land.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional weekend coverage may be required based on business needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical verification, documentation, and coordination for specialized therapies across our intake and referral specialties.
- Oversee and ensure absolute compliance with sterile compounding and clinical monitoring guidelines.
Required Clinical Therapy Experience:
Candidates must be thoroughly familiar with managing clinical referrals, coordination, and dispensing for the following specialized therapies:
Nutritional & Core Infusions: Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN), Intravenous Lipid Emulsions (IDPN), and continuous intravenous Antibiotics.
Biologics & Specialty Neurological/Rheumatological Care: IVIG, Krystexxa, Uplizna, Ultomiris, Soliris, Benlysta, and Cimzia.
Chronic Disease State Management: Gastroenterology, Neurology, Oncology/Hematology (including Hemophilia factors), Hepatology, and Alzheimer's disease state monitoring (e.g., Leqembi, Kisunla).
Software & Licensing Requirements:
- Active Texas Pharmacist License & Vaccine Certification
- Must have hands-on proficiency with CareTend or CPR+ pharmacy software
- Experience with IV/Infusion clinical monitoring and complex prior authorization workflows
Preferred:
- USP 797 Sterile Compounding experience
- Specialty or Home Infusion pharmacy background
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
