Order Picker - Shipping/Receiving in Edmonton, Alberta at North American Powertrain Components LTD

A leading remanufacturer of powertrain products for the automotive industry is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our Edmonton head office warehouse.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and provides great customer service.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare picking orders accurately
• Move transmissions from shelf into shipping crates
• Move torque converters into stock locations
• Prepare and attach labels and information packets
• Load/Unload Delivery trucks using forklift
• Maintain organized inventory and work areas
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Assist with labelling of received items and distribute within company

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Order picking or warehouse experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• High level attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift over 50lbs continuously
• Operate counter balance forklift
