This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM Solutions Consultant based in India.
This is a high-impact techno-functional role sitting at the center of the Lead-to-Cash and Customer Success ecosystem, where you will design and deliver end-to-end CRM and revenue operations solutions across interconnected platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, CPQ, Certinia, NetSuite, and Workato. You will operate as both solution architect and business analyst, translating complex business needs into scalable, well-governed system designs. The role blends deep systems thinking with hands-on configuration, integration design, and quality assurance leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment. In this role, you will own the translation of business strategy into scalable CRM and revenue system solutions, ensuring seamless alignment across multiple enterprise platforms.
- Lead cross-functional discovery workshops to gather, refine, and structure complex business requirements across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Translate operational needs into detailed user stories, process flows, BRDs, and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability.
- Perform fit-gap analysis to determine optimal use of OOTB features versus custom development across CRM and ERP ecosystems.
- Design and configure solutions across HubSpot, Salesforce, CPQ, Certinia, and NetSuite, ensuring clean data models and scalable architecture.
- Build and manage Workato-based integrations, enabling reliable automation and system-to-system data synchronization.
- Lead QA strategy, system integration testing (SIT), and UAT cycles across multi-platform environments.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive resolution of complex cross-system issues while continuously improving system performance and reliability.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in CRM architecture, enterprise system integration, and Lead-to-Cash lifecycle ownership, with a balance of technical depth and functional consulting ability.
- 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, with strong exposure to CRM, CPQ, and revenue systems.
- 4+ years of experience in solution design, business analysis, and end-to-end CRM implementations.
- Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flows), CPQ, Certinia, NetSuite, and Workato/iPaaS tools.
- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes, SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, NRR), and financial system integrations.
- Experience with SQL/SOQL and familiarity with data modeling, APIs, and system architecture.
- Proven ability to lead Agile delivery cycles using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience in QA planning, SIT/UAT execution, and regression testing frameworks.
- Certifications in Salesforce, CPQ, or Certinia are a strong plus.
