Especialista de Sistemas Fullstack C#/React

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Especialista de Sistemas Fullstack C#/React based in Brazil.

In this role, you will act as a senior technical reference within a high-impact engineering environment focused on the insurance industry. You will contribute to the design and evolution of scalable SaaS platforms that support mission-critical operations for multiple insurance providers. The position combines strong backend and frontend responsibilities, requiring expertise in system architecture, distributed systems, and modern web development. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, helping shape technical decisions and ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and security. Beyond delivery, you will also influence engineering practices, promote modern development standards, and support the adoption of AI tools in software development workflows. This is a highly strategic role with direct impact on platform evolution and technical excellence. You will operate in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment where simplicity and scalability are core principles.

Accountabilities
  • Define and evolve scalable and resilient system architectures, applying modern principles such as Clean Architecture, DDD, and event-driven design.
  • Develop and maintain fullstack solutions using C# (.NET / .NET Core) and React with TypeScript, ensuring high code quality and performance.
  • Lead the design and standardization of APIs (REST, versioning, governance) and ensure seamless integration across internal and external systems.
  • Design and optimize data models across SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring scalability, consistency, and performance.
  • Ensure engineering quality through automated testing (unit, integration, and E2E), code reviews, and adherence to best practices such as SOLID and Clean Code.
  • Define and enforce security, observability, and performance standards, including authentication, logging, and monitoring practices.
  • Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment strategies such as blue/green and canary releases.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring engineers and influencing architectural and technical decisions within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and UX teams, contributing to discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement in agile environments.
  • Promote and apply AI-assisted development practices using modern tools and copilots to improve engineering productivity.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in fullstack development with C# (.NET / .NET Core) and React.
  • Proven experience in system architecture design and distributed systems.
  • Solid expertise in REST APIs, integration patterns, and service-oriented architectures.
  • Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning and data modeling.
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching strategies.
  • Experience with observability tools and practices for production-grade systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and scalable architectures.
  • Experience applying AI tools in software development workflows.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value and drive alignment across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (completed or in progress).
