Customer Support Voice process WFH

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Support Voice Process (Work From Home) based in India.

This role is focused on delivering high-quality voice-based customer support and assistance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will interact directly with customers over calls, providing clear information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction. The position also involves handling outbound communication, explaining products and promotional offers, and supporting basic sales-related conversations when required. It is well-suited for individuals who are confident communicators and enjoy engaging with people. You will work in a structured support environment with training provided to help you succeed in your role. The job operates in rotational shifts and offers the flexibility of working remotely from home while being part of a professional, customer-focused team.

Accountabilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers with queries, information requests, and support needs
  • Provide accurate details about products, services, and promotional offers in a clear and professional manner
  • Engage with customers to resolve issues, ensure satisfaction, and maintain a positive service experience
  • Support basic sales conversations by explaining offers and encouraging customer interest where applicable
  • Maintain call quality standards, follow communication scripts, and adhere to process guidelines
  • Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system when required
  • Work collaboratively within a team while adapting to rotational shift schedules
Requirements:
  • Any graduate (freshers and candidates with up to 11 months of experience can apply)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable handling outbound calls and engaging in structured conversations
  • Basic understanding of customer service or sales processes is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to follow instructions effectively
