This role sits at the intersection of legal operations, risk management, and enterprise systems support within a fast-paced professional services environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of critical risk platforms that support conflicts checks and new business intake processes. Acting as a key liaison between risk, IT, finance, and operations teams, you will help translate business needs into system requirements and scalable solutions. The position combines hands-on technical support with process improvement, training, and system documentation responsibilities. You will also contribute to system enhancements, user adoption, and ongoing operational stability of enterprise risk tools. - Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 operational and user support for risk management systems, including conflicts checking and new business intake platforms.
- Assist in gathering requirements and supporting system enhancements in collaboration with Risk Management leadership and IT teams.
- Support project delivery and organizational change management initiatives related to risk systems and enterprise applications.
- Develop, update, and maintain system documentation, process guides, and internal training materials.
- Deliver user training sessions and support onboarding to ensure effective system adoption across teams.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and performance of related systems.
- Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and after-hours support as needed for system maintenance and incident resolution.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, legal operations, risk management systems, or related technical/administrative roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT support, legal administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise systems such as Windows, Microsoft Office, and similar business applications.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, staff, and leadership.
- Ability to quickly learn new software platforms, including legal-specific systems and workflow tools.
- Experience with law firm systems such as Intapp, iManage, Aderant, Elite, or Relativity is a plus.
- Competitive salary range: $50,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience.
