  • Act as a reliable operational partner, ensuring executives are prepared, informed, and unblocked in their priorities
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably VP-level or above, in sales, marketing, or GTM organizations
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and travel across multiple time zones with strong prioritization skills
  • Experience working in high-growth technology, SaaS, or startup environments

  • Experience working with GTM tools such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Gong
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and ability to apply them to workflow optimization and automation
  • Ability to anticipate needs, identify risks early, and proactively solve problems before escalation
  • Nice to have: experience with Notion, DocuSign, vendor management, or event coordination in GTM settings
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and operate as a true right-hand partner
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary of approximately $95,000–$112,000 depending on experience
  • Equity participation to share in long-term company success
