Marketing Campaign Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager based in United States.

This role is focused on driving high-impact, data-informed marketing campaigns that directly contribute to revenue growth for software products. You will operate at the intersection of demand generation, product marketing, and performance analytics, translating product value into compelling, multi-channel campaigns. The position requires a strong balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with a clear focus on measurable outcomes such as pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and ROI. You will design and execute targeted campaigns across multiple segments and industries, continuously optimizing performance through testing and insights. Working closely with product marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams, you will ensure alignment from messaging through to lead conversion. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role where strategic thinking and execution excellence go hand in hand.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and execute targeted, product-specific marketing campaigns aligned with revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, content, webinars, and social platforms.
  • Define audience segmentation, messaging strategies, and channel mix based on product positioning and customer insights.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, analytics, and continuous iteration.
  • Track key performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI, and conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure effective lead handoff and pipeline progression.
  • Partner with product marketing, content, design, and revenue operations to ensure alignment on messaging, assets, and attribution.
  • Deliver regular performance reporting with actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and scalability.
Requirements:
  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management, preferably in SaaS or software environments.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue impact through marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to optimize performance and decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience managing paid acquisition and performance marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including CAC, LTV, ARR, and funnel conversion dynamics.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
