Clinical Supervisor - Medical Support Team

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical duties within the scope of practice of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/MA), as applicable.
- Oversee the daily activities and workflow of Medical Assistants and other clinical support staff.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and supervision to clinical team members.
- Coordinate clinical operations to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal use of resources.
- Prioritize patient needs and assist in managing patient care activities.
- Support staff orientation, training, and ongoing competency development.
- Ensure adherence to established clinical procedures, safety protocols, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and other team members to promote a cohesive work environment.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA/MA).
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
- Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate staff.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build positive working relationships.
- High level of initiative, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
