Job Description

Partner Marketing Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Marketing Coordinator based in United States.

This role is responsible for turning partner marketing plans into well-organized, measurable programs across the Americas.
You’ll coordinate campaigns, events, vendors, budgets, and operational workflows across a high-volume marketing calendar.
The position combines hands-on execution with opportunities to improve the systems and processes behind partner marketing.
You’ll work closely with partner marketing, channel sales, marketing operations, and external vendors to deliver seamless programs.
Your work will help generate measurable pipeline, strengthen partner engagement, and improve campaign attribution.
The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on building scalable processes within a global technology organization.
It’s a strong opportunity for an organized marketing professional who enjoys ownership, coordination, and operational problem-solving.

Accountabilities
  • Configure and launch partner marketing campaigns in Salesforce, including registration pages, campaign records, tracking, and attribution setup.

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for partner events, including venues, catering, audiovisual production, promotional materials, registration, attendee tracking, and day-of execution.

  • Manage the regional marketing swag program, covering inventory, ordering, fulfillment, distribution, vendor coordination, and spend tracking.

  • Maintain budget trackers and manage purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliation across partner-funded and internally funded programs.

  • Develop repeatable operational frameworks such as campaign calendars, project trackers, intake forms, and standard operating procedures.

  • Monitor and report campaign performance, including leads, deal registrations, pipeline influence, ROI, and Salesforce attribution.

  • Collaborate with partner marketing managers, channel sales teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely and effective program delivery.

  • Support post-campaign follow-up and ensure program results, attribution, and financial information are accurately captured.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, field marketing, campaign management, or a related function, with experience managing multiple programs and deadlines.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, including campaign setup, attribution, and reporting; familiarity with Marketo, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools is a plus.

  • Experience managing vendors, sourcing suppliers, negotiating requirements, and ensuring external partners meet quality and delivery expectations.

  • Strong budget-management skills, including experience with purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and financial reconciliation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams, partners, and vendors.

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly when managing complex timelines, budgets, and program requirements.

  • A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to build processes, solve operational challenges, and move initiatives forward independently.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Benefits
  • Salary range of $65,400–$158,700 USD, with starting compensation determined by qualifications and experience.

  • Total direct compensation may include base salary, bonus, and equity.

  • Remote U.S. working arrangement within the organization’s structured remote and hybrid work framework.

  • Comprehensive benefits designed to support physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being.

  • Programs supporting work-life balance and community involvement.

  • Opportunities for professional growth and skill development within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

  • Supportive and inclusive workplace with fair hiring practices and reasonable accommodations available during the recruitment process.
