MANAGER'S ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS

Being that we are a dynamic and ever-evolving workspace, our managers should expect to have to exhibit different skill sets, often at the same time. Including, but not limited to:

• Greeting customers and assisting them when they are placing their orders.
• Cooking and building food items to customer and company expectations.
• Daily prep and cleaning responsibilities.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Responding professionally to both positive and negative customer interactions.

Expectations for Applying Managers:

• 5 years or more in the hospitality industry with management experience
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift over 40 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a 5-star dining experience for all guests.
• Effectively manage HR responsibilities, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, setting high standards for productivity, quality, and service while resolving any issues.
• Meet financial targets by managing budgets, controlling labor costs, and assisting with menu planning.
• Maintain cost control by monitoring portion sizes, reducing waste, and ensuring food quality.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by managing lighting, music, and food presentation.
• Be proactive in finding opportunities to improve the restaurant's performance and overall experience.
