Every great meal at our hotel ends in the dish pit. Our kitchen serves hotel guests, travelers and events all day, and it only runs smoothly when clean dishes, pans and tools are ready when the cooks need them. We're looking for a dependable dishwasher who keeps the kitchen moving and takes pride in a clean workspace.

About the Role
You'll be a key part of our food and beverage team. After a few months in the job, you'll run the dish station on your own during a busy rush, keep the kitchen stocked with clean ware, and help the cooks close the kitchen at the end of the night. Many hospitality careers start in this job, and we're glad to cross-train people who want to learn prep or other roles.

What You'll Do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans and utensils by hand and with the dish machine
• Put clean items away in the right place so the kitchen always has what it needs
• Keep the dish area, floors and trash areas clean and organized during and after each shift
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards, including proper chemical use and handling
• Help unload deliveries and rotate stock when needed
• Support the cooks and servers during busy breakfasts, dinners and banquet events

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Available to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some weekends and holidays
• Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and on-time arrival

Preferred:

• Past experience in a restaurant, hotel or other commercial kitchen
• Food handler training

No experience? That's fine. We'll train you.

Schedule
Part-time. Shifts vary with hotel occupancy and events and may include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
