Receiving and Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Customer Support and Receiving Associate to join our growing apparel company! In this role, the associate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely response to customer inquires, and receive apparel product in for production. The ideal candidate would be contributing to a seamless customer experience and supporting the company's operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming calls and emails and answer any questions, or direct them to the appropriate department

- Respond to customer inquires in a timely manner

- Invoice customers when orders are complete

- Input sales orders from the sales team

- Enter order details into the company’s order management system

- Resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally

- Receive and process inbound material intended for production

- Organize jobs after receiving so they can efficiently move to production

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or related roles

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency with order management systems and MS Office Suite

- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
