Job Description

Technical Integration Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Integration Manager based in United States.

This role owns the technical customer experience for enterprise API integrations, from initial implementation through launch and ongoing optimization.
You will work directly with major customers to solve complex integration challenges and help accelerate their path from signed agreement to live product.
The position combines hands-on technical problem-solving with enterprise customer ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify product gaps, improve documentation, and turn recurring customer challenges into actionable solutions.
The role also offers the opportunity to build a scalable technical onboarding and support function while maintaining a fast, high-trust customer experience.
You will operate in a global, rapidly evolving technology environment focused on API-first infrastructure and modern developer experiences.
This is an opportunity to have meaningful influence over both customer outcomes and the evolution of the technical integration function.

Accountabilities::
  • Own technical customer relationships throughout implementation, launch, troubleshooting, and optimization of enterprise API integrations.
  • Guide customers from signed agreements through successful technical implementation and live hotel search and booking capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and determine whether they stem from product limitations, integration challenges, configuration issues, documentation gaps, or misunderstandings.
  • Work directly with customer technical stakeholders to diagnose problems, explain solutions clearly, and maintain confidence throughout the integration process.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate recurring customer pain points and influence product improvements and technical priorities.
  • Help establish repeatable processes for technical onboarding, integration support, and customer issue resolution without compromising speed or customer trust.
  • Contribute to pre-sales, post-sales, and ongoing technical engagement when specialized integration expertise is required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer integration experience and help shape the structure and operating model of the technical integration function.
  • Balance hands-on technical execution with broader customer ownership, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements:
  • You have strong professional experience working with APIs, technical integrations, and modern software products.
  • You have experience owning or supporting technical relationships with enterprise customers across implementation, launch, post-launch support, or optimization.
  • You have hands-on experience with technical troubleshooting, onboarding, pre-sales, post-sales, or integration support in a customer-facing environment.
  • You can translate complex technical issues into clear explanations for engineers, product teams, account managers, and customer stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate sound judgment in determining when to troubleshoot independently, challenge an approach, escalate an issue, or provide feedback to Product and Engineering.
  • You are comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment with limited processes.
  • You have strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are adaptable and capable of building structure and repeatable processes while continuing to execute hands-on work.
  • You are comfortable collaborating across technical, commercial, and customer-facing teams to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Experience working with enterprise API platforms, developer tooling, REST APIs, or complex software integrations is highly relevant.
Benefits:
  • The role is fully remote within the United States.
  • You will have the opportunity to work directly with enterprise customers and complex API integrations in the global travel technology industry.
  • The position offers significant ownership and the opportunity to build a technical integration and support function from the ground up.
  • You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams and have meaningful influence over product improvements and customer-facing technical processes.
  • The role provides exposure to modern REST APIs, developer tooling, API-first infrastructure, and AI-driven innovation in travel technology.
  • You will operate in a fast-moving, high-trust environment that values autonomy, ownership, collaboration, and practical execution.
  • The position offers opportunities for professional growth through broad technical, customer, product, and commercial exposure.
  • You will contribute to a globally scaled platform and work with enterprise customers and partners across an evolving technology ecosystem.
