This is an opportunity for a junior lawyer to work on sophisticated banking law matters for major financial institutions and corporate clients.
The role combines contentious and advisory work across active and passive banking law cases.
You will handle a varied portfolio, contributing to legal strategies that protect clients' interests in complex matters.
Your responsibilities will span legal opinions, consultations, pleadings, hearings, procedural monitoring, and reporting.

• Act in contentious and advisory matters involving banking law, representing the interests of financial institutions.

• Prepare legal opinions and responses to client consultations.

• Draft and file pleadings and other procedural documents.

• Monitor judicial proceedings and ensure relevant deadlines and developments are properly followed.

• Attend hearings and conduct meetings with judges' chambers and courts when required.

• Prepare clear and accurate legal and procedural reports.

• Contribute to the effective management of assigned cases while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and quality of legal work.

• Regular registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a lawyer in judicial reorganization matters representing banks or creditors.

• Proven specialization in Business Law and/or Judicial Reorganization.

• Fixed compensation of R$ 3,200 per month.
