Senior Plaintiff Class Action Litigation Paralegal in Seattle, Washington at KELLER ROHRBACK L L P

Keller Rohrback L.L.P. is seeking a highly qualified litigation paralegal to join its nationally recognized Complex Litigation department in our Seattle office. Keller Rohrback’s plaintiff-focused practice is recognized nationwide for litigating cutting-edge, high-impact cases that make a meaningful difference. Our sophisticated and diverse practice includes ERISA, consumer and product liability class actions, financial fraud and securities litigation, environmental and toxic tort litigation, and antitrust matters.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of extensive experience in legal research, writing, cite checking, and e-discovery. Trial experience and proficiency with e-discovery software are highly desirable. Experience in federal and state court litigation, including MDLs, and a thorough understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and litigation processes, is essential. This role requires exceptional project management skills, strong attention to detail, and a high level of internal client service.

Responsibilities:
• Manage complex litigation projects from inception through trial.
• Develop project plans, coordinate resources, manage workflows, and balance competing deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring timely, accurate work product.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, co-counsel, experts, vendors, and clients on complex litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
• Perform cite checking using The Bluebook and applicable court rules.
• Coordinate and manage large-scale document collections, reviews, productions, and e-discovery workflows.
• Assist with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and case filings.

Qualifications:
• Passion for advocating on behalf of plaintiffs and protecting the rights of individuals.
• At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience with significant project management responsibilities (8+ years preferred).
• Extensive experience supporting complex litigation in federal and state courts.
• Excellent legal research, writing, proofreading, and cite-checking skills.
• Strong knowledge of The Bluebook, Westlaw, and Lexis.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with e-discovery platforms and document review technology.
• Experience managing large document productions and discovery projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to urgent deadlines in a fast-paced litigation
environment.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000
