Job Description

Job Summary: The Dairy Process Worker I will have the ability to follow directions and work cooperatively with the production team to ensure the completion of orders.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Not Applicable for this position
Schedule: First Shift: Monday through Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm (including occasional Saturday's)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Report to workstation on time
- Wear proper work attire
- Assist in setting up work area
- Follow SOP, SSOP, GMP, and general safety policies
- Perform all assigned production tasks
- Inform line leader of any issues or questions that might arise
- Ensure the work is being done accurately and to completion
- Maintain workstation organized and sanitized
- Sanitize all machinery equipment and non-machinery equipment including ladders, windows, floors, and drains
- Perform COP (Clean Outside Place) process
- Prepare and weight ingredients for mixing
- Additional Duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to calculate basic math and read
- Ability to actively listen to instructions and understand basic English
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience necessary
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to be on your feet for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to climb on ladders and maneuver through equipment
