Seasonal Inside Sales Associate in Salt Lake City, Utah at Brite Nites

Brite Nites is a premier provider of high-end creative outdoor and holiday lighting services. We're looking for a motivated, upbeat Inside Sales Associate to join our Salt Lake City team for the holiday season. This role is the first point of contact for new customers, and it's a great way to build real sales experience with a fast-growing company.

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (In Office)
Schedule: Seasonal, starting immediately through December 1
Pay: $20–$23/hour, paid bi-weekly
Shifts: Flexible shifts available from early morning to late evening, weekdays and weekends. Pick the shifts that work for you.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll answer inbound calls, respond to new leads, and help potential customers understand our services. You'll ask the right questions to learn what each customer needs, share initial information, and set them up for a great experience with our design and sales team.

• Answer inbound calls and respond quickly to web, email, and text leads.
• Qualify leads by learning about each customer's property, project needs, timing, and budget.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and keep customer information up to date in our CRM.
• Schedule design consultations, factoring in travel times and designer availability.
• Handle rescheduling and cancellations promptly, keeping both customers and designers informed.
• Follow up with leads who haven't yet booked.
• Learn our service lines, including seasonal and year-round offerings, so you can confidently answer customer questions.
• Work closely with the sales team to make sure every customer gets a smooth handoff.
• Keep a positive and professional attitude with customers and coworkers, especially during our busiest weeks.

• Experience: Customer service, sales, or front-desk experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.
• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and comfortable talking with new people on the phone.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with computers and phones; experience with a CRM or scheduling software is a plus.
• Teamwork: Able to work independently and as part of an in-office team.
• Communication: Clear, professional writing and speaking.
• Versatility: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles multiple tasks at once, and picks up new processes quickly.
