Our Organization

Supporting working families has been central to our organization for generations. Through established relationships with thousands of unions and membership groups across North America, we help families understand the benefits available to protect their financial future.

As the only benefits provider operating under a fully unionized label, we place service, integrity, and trust at the center of our work. We’re committed to providing clear information and dependable support throughout each client’s experience.

The Opportunity

In this remote role, you’ll connect with union members who have requested information about their benefits. You’ll learn about their needs, explain available programs, and guide them through the next steps with professionalism and care.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with members by phone and through virtual appointments

  • Scheduling and leading benefit consultations

  • Explaining program features and coverage options in clear, accessible language

  • Completing online forms and maintaining accurate client information

  • Following up to answer questions and build lasting relationships

Your work will help families make informed decisions about their coverage and financial protection.

What You Can Expect

  • Weekly Compensation: Earning potential with additional bonus opportunities

  • Advancement Opportunities: Paths toward greater responsibility and leadership

  • Scheduling Flexibility: The ability to organize your time around appointments and work commitments

  • Fully Remote Work: Online tools and systems to support your daily responsibilities

  • Renewal Income: Opportunities for ongoing earnings through recurring renewals

  • Available Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage options

  • Training and Mentorship: Structured learning, personalized coaching, and continued professional development

  • Travel Incentives: Company-funded trips for qualifying team members to destinations such as Puerto Rico, Cancun, Disney, Las Vegas, and the Bahamas

What You Bring

  • Clear communication and attentive listening skills

  • Strong organization and consistent follow-through

  • An interest in helping others understand their options

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer service, retail, or sales experience is welcome, but not required

Apply today to join a team dedicated to supporting families and helping its people grow.
