Job Title: Medical Office Assistant
Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, 8am to 4pm & Friday, 8am to 12pm.
Location: London, ON

We're currently looking for a part-time Medical Office Assistant for our client, a Pain Management Clinic, located in London, Ontario.

Scope and Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, and ensure a welcoming environment
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and process cancellations
• Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR)
• Provide good customer service while answering phone and in-person inquiries
• Assist with the overall maintenance of the office as needed

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Certificate in Medical Office Administration
• Proficiency in EMR systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior MOA experience in a similar setting is an asset
