Job Description

The Counter Supervisor is responsible for overseeing employees and providing clients with excellent customer service. This position requires active participation in the training, supervising, and mentoring of sales associates as well as assisting the location manager with the day-to-day operations.

    Supervise staff and oversee daily operations during shiftEnsure positive customer experiences by exceeding expectationsAchieve individual and team sales goalsUphold company standards by ensuring cars are presentable to customersGreet customers, disclose rates, terms and conditions of rental, and obtain customer signaturesUse effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service optionsReceive telephone calls and handle customer-related issuesMaintain and update rental agreement filesComplete car exchange requests in computer systemCommunicate with shuttle driversPerform related responsibilities as assigned or required
