LoLa 41 in Aspen is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

The Aspen location will feature:
- 100 seat restaurant
- 12 seats in a lower-level private dining room
- In-Room Dining

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless, efficient service throughout each shift.
- Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor to uphold LoLa 41’s service and hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with management on training, shift planning, and team development.
- Assist with opening duties according to company procedures.
- Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or floor management role within a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead by example and foster a motivated, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident in fast-paced service settings.
- Proficient with POS systems and front-of-house technology (Toast, TrayAway, Resy)
- Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Canva, R365, 7Shifts), scanning invoices and responding to VIP emails.
- Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A college degree in hospitality or related field is preferred, but not required.
- Living in Roaring Fork Valley is a plus! (although housing options can be available for the right candidate)
