About SugarAI

SugarAI is redefining CRM for the age of AI.

We’re delivering on the original promise of CRM—turning fragmented customer and revenue signals into clear, prioritized action. Instead of more dashboards or surface-level insights, we help teams focus on what matters most and know exactly what to do next.

More than two decades after our founding, we’re entering a new chapter with clarity and momentum—building intelligent, intuitive solutions that work within the flow of how teams actually sell and serve. We’re focused on solving complex, real-world challenges where relationships, context, and precision make all the difference.

Our global team is united by a shared commitment to impact, ownership, and continuous growth. We create an environment where thoughtful ideas move quickly, where people are trusted to lead, and where flexibility supports how great work gets done.

If you’re excited to help shape what’s next in AI-driven CRM—and build technology that drives real outcomes—we’d love to meet you.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to define, build, and enhance key capabilities across our product portfolio. In this role, you will help shape modern selling experiences by improving CRM workflows, applying AI to increase seller productivity, and delivering insights that help managers monitor pipeline health, improve forecast accuracy, and act on risks and opportunities. You will work across desktop and mobile experiences to create intuitive, intelligent products that drive user adoption and business impact.

You’ll partner closely with Engineering, UX, Architecture, and GoToMarket teams to deliver highimpact features that support customer needs and drive product adoption.

**This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Denver, CO location, specifically, working in-office a minimum of 3 days per week.**
*We are not able to offer Visa sponsorship at this time*
Impact You Will Make in the Role:
  • Design for Real-World Selling Workflows: Build intuitive CRM experiences that help sellers efficiently manage accounts, opportunities, and activities across desktop and mobile, with a strong understanding of how users actually work day to day.

  • Apply AI to Improve Productivity: Identify opportunities to surface the right signals, recommend next-best actions, and create conversational experiences that help sellers and managers prepare, decide, and act more effectively.

  • Enable Better Team Performance: Deliver manager-facing capabilities that provide visibility into pipeline health, improve forecast accuracy, and highlight the risks and opportunities that need attention.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Product Execution: Partner across Engineering, UX, Architecture, and Go-To-Market teams to translate customer needs, product signals, and business priorities into clear strategy, requirements, and measurable outcomes.

What You Will Bring:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, building and delivering commercial, customerfacing software products

  • Proven success shipping enterprise SaaS products, ideally within CRM, CX, or adjacent domains

  • Strong understanding of user workflows, system design, and datadriven product development

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product storytelling skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus

Expected salary range, depending on experience.
We understand that no candidate is perfectly qualified for any job. Experience comes in different forms; many skills are transferable; and passion goes a long way. Even more important than your resume is a clear demonstration of dedication, impact, and the ability to thrive in a fluid and collaborative environment. We want you to learn new things in this role, and we encourage you to apply if your experience is close to what we’re looking for. We also know that diversity of background and thought makes for better problem solving and more creative thinking, which is why we're dedicated to adding new perspectives to the team.
