Job Description
SugarAI is redefining CRM for the age of AI.
We’re delivering on the original promise of CRM—turning fragmented customer and revenue signals into clear, prioritized action. Instead of more dashboards or surface-level insights, we help teams focus on what matters most and know exactly what to do next.
More than two decades after our founding, we’re entering a new chapter with clarity and momentum—building intelligent, intuitive solutions that work within the flow of how teams actually sell and serve. We’re focused on solving complex, real-world challenges where relationships, context, and precision make all the difference.
Our global team is united by a shared commitment to impact, ownership, and continuous growth. We create an environment where thoughtful ideas move quickly, where people are trusted to lead, and where flexibility supports how great work gets done.
If you’re excited to help shape what’s next in AI-driven CRM—and build technology that drives real outcomes—we’d love to meet you.
We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to define, build, and enhance key capabilities across our product portfolio. In this role, you will help shape modern selling experiences by improving CRM workflows, applying AI to increase seller productivity, and delivering insights that help managers monitor pipeline health, improve forecast accuracy, and act on risks and opportunities. You will work across desktop and mobile experiences to create intuitive, intelligent products that drive user adoption and business impact.
You’ll partner closely with Engineering, UX, Architecture, and GoToMarket teams to deliver highimpact features that support customer needs and drive product adoption.
Design for Real-World Selling Workflows: Build intuitive CRM experiences that help sellers efficiently manage accounts, opportunities, and activities across desktop and mobile, with a strong understanding of how users actually work day to day.
Apply AI to Improve Productivity: Identify opportunities to surface the right signals, recommend next-best actions, and create conversational experiences that help sellers and managers prepare, decide, and act more effectively.
Enable Better Team Performance: Deliver manager-facing capabilities that provide visibility into pipeline health, improve forecast accuracy, and highlight the risks and opportunities that need attention.
Drive Cross-Functional Product Execution: Partner across Engineering, UX, Architecture, and Go-To-Market teams to translate customer needs, product signals, and business priorities into clear strategy, requirements, and measurable outcomes.

Proven success shipping enterprise SaaS products, ideally within CRM, CX, or adjacent domains

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product storytelling skills
