You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans that drive measurable marketing and customer engagement outcomes. Operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will oversee cross-functional teams responsible for execution quality, capacity planning, and operational governance. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to ensure delivery excellence across diverse client and program needs. - Lead end-to-end delivery operations across multi-account audience activation programs, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability of execution.
- Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and staffing strategies to meet delivery demands and performance expectations.
- Define and enforce operational standards, governance models, and delivery frameworks to improve efficiency and predictability.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable delivery plans and execution roadmaps.
- Ensure alignment between delivery teams and broader business objectives, driving consistency across client engagements.
- Monitor operational performance and delivery outcomes, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, operations, or a related field.
- Strong background in delivery leadership within complex, multi-account environments such as digital marketing, CRM, or direct marketing.
- Proven experience managing operational performance, capacity planning, and financial oversight in a delivery-focused organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, audience activation, and customer engagement strategies.
