About the Company: We’re working with a fast-scaling, venture-backed startup in the gaming space that’s building an entirely new kind of social online experience — combining real-time interaction, multiplayer features, and creator-driven communities into one unified platform. With a recent $15M Series A, they’re well-capitalized and moving quickly to deliver unique, player-first experiences that are reshaping how people engage with online games.This is an opportunity to join a high-caliber team at an early stage, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the frontend experience for a product used by a growing and highly engaged user base.
What You’ll Do:

• Own design for major product initiatives from concept through launch
• Turn complex product, technical, and business problems into intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Design end-to-end flows across acquisition, onboarding, payments, gameplay, rewards, and retention
• Partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to define roadmap priorities and ship quickly
• Create wireframes, polished UI, prototypes, and production-ready specs in Figma
• Evolve and maintain the MyPrize design system and component library
• Use data, user feedback, and experimentation results to iterate and improve outcomes
• Help raise the overall quality bar for motion, interaction design, and product thinking

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of product design experience shipping consumer products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking and high visual craft
• Experience designing for web and iOS
• Excellent product judgment and user-centered design instincts
• Strong interaction design, systems thinking, and attention to detail
• High proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners
• A versatile portfolio that showcases your end-to-end design process with emphasis on high quality visual design, micro-interactions and motion design
