Accountabilities:
  • Lead architecture, integration, and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform solutions across enterprise digital ecosystems, acting as the primary technical authority for client engagements.
  • Partner with business, IT, and executive stakeholders to define use cases, objectives, and scalable architecture aligned with digital marketing and customer experience goals.
  • Design end-to-end system and application architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise roadmaps and digital transformation strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, presenting recommendations, guiding decision-making, and influencing future-state technology direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data architects, and product stakeholders to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical experts, ensuring alignment between strategy, architecture, and execution.
  • Provide insights from client engagements to inform product improvement and evolving platform capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or consultative technical leadership roles in complex environments.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing and customer experience platforms, including Adobe Experience Cloud or similar solutions.
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
  • Deep understanding of architecture frameworks such as Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), API-based architectures, and TOGAF principles.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into scalable technical architecture and clear solution designs.
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and leading client workshops.
  • Demonstrated success working across multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, data architects, and product managers.
  • Ability to anticipate future technology needs and align them with enterprise architecture evolution.
  • Experience with streaming technologies such as Apache Flink is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $140,000 – $195,000 annually (depending on experience and location).
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Life and disability insurance benefits.
  • Paid time off and holiday benefits.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Hybrid or onsite work arrangement depending on project needs (e.g., Dallas, TX presence may be required).
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation programs with global enterprise clients.
  • Career growth in a high-impact consulting and digital experience environment.
