Marietta, GA

Bartlett Heating & Cooling is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a results-driven HVAC Service Manager to lead and elevate our residential service team. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to coach technicians to perform at a high level, and uses KPIs and data to drive operational success, revenue growth, and exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of residential HVAC service technicians
  • Drive performance by monitoring and improving key metrics, including:
    • Revenue Per Technician / Per Day
    • Average Ticket & Close Rate
    • Membership Conversions & Renewals
    • Recall Percentage
    • Customer Satisfaction & Google Reviews
  • Conduct daily huddles, ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Ensure technicians consistently follow company processes, pricing standards, and safety procedures
  • Oversee dispatch flow, technician capacity, job accuracy, scheduling efficiency, and profitability
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish goals, track KPIs, and implement performance improvement plans
  • Support ongoing technician development in diagnostics, communication, customer service, and service-driven sales
  • Build and maintain a culture rooted in accountability, growth, teamwork, and excellence

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing HVAC service teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and coach based on performance data
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities
  • Experience training technicians in both technical and customer-facing skills
  • Operationally focused mindset with an emphasis on efficiency, profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, high-energy service environment
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
