  • Align pricing strategies, payer dynamics, and clinical value propositions to strengthen adoption and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistency, operational alignment, and successful execution across markets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare product marketing, commercialization, or related strategic marketing functions.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong expertise in strategic planning, branding, product launches, market analysis, and commercial execution.
  • Experience within Women’s Health, IVF, fertility, genetic services, or related healthcare sectors strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across complex healthcare organizations.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Innovative mindset with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business impact in dynamic environments.
  • Experience managing budgets, marketing performance metrics, and market access initiatives preferred.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • IVF coverage and family-building support benefits.
  • 401(k) plan with employer safe harbor matching.
  • Paid time off and 10 paid holidays annually.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.
  • Basic life insurance and AD&D coverage.
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance.
