Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Holiday Requirement: Rotating holidays beginning in 2027
Hourly Rate: $16.05-$18.43
*Compensation dependent on experience

Kirby Medical Center is looking for an outgoing and driven individual to join our registration team at the Welcome Desk.This high customer-focused position will welcome patients to our beautiful facility and help by directing them to their proper destination or by helping them register for their outpatient procedures. If you have an outgoing personality who can relate to many, then this could be the perfect fit!
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer calls professionally and direct them to the proper department.
- Treat patients and their families with respect and dignity; ensure confidentiality of patients’ records.
- Register patients for scheduled admissions and outpatient procedures.
- Collect and document insurance information correctly.
- Collect co-pays when appropriate.
- Demonstrate the ability to be flexible, organized, and function well in stressful situations.
