We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an on-site position offering 32–40 hours per week, with opportunities for seasonal overtime during our busiest times of the year.

What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted point of contact for customers, helping ensure every order is accurate and every experience is exceptional. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers by phone, email, and chat with orders, returns, billing questions, and product inquiries
- Providing guidance on styles, sizing, and formalwear options
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and order details
- Maintaining high standards of service and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting additional office and administrative tasks as needed
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center environment
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, data entry systems, and standard office software
- Excellent phone and chat etiquette with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized and positive while managing multiple priorities
- Experience in the formalwear or apparel industry is a plus
- Availability to work on-site 32–40 hours per week, including some evenings, Saturdays, and seasonal overtime
